Downloading the recovered PDF document

You can download the recovered PDF file processed using the PDF Recovery Toolbox Online service.

All recovered documents are stored on the server for 30 calendar days from the date of uploading the damaged original. After this period, all files — original, recovered, screenshots, logs, and service data — are automatically deleted.

We recommend that you save the recovered materials in a safe place — on your computer or external storage device — so that you don't have to repeat the recovery process.

If you encounter errors or difficulties when opening the PDF document, please contact technical support. We will help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:

Recovered files are available for download only within 30 days after uploading the original document. After this period, they are automatically deleted from the server.

If you did not manage to download the recovered file in time, repeat the recovery process by re-uploading the original damaged document.
